Complimentary or Gift Vouchers

We have updated our booking systems to help improve our service to our customers. 

This new system allows activities to be gifted as a Gift Card, and subsequently be used during the payment process.

However, complimentary or gift vouchers purchased or issued on or before 30 October 2020 cannot be used in the new system and may result in errors entered in the payment field.

If this occurs, please email us at weroreception@pacific.org.nz or contact us via our contact form so we can replace them with a new voucher.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
