Terms and Conditions
Vector Wero's GrabOne 2024 Special is a deal exclusive run via GrabOne. Customers who choose to avail of the promotion must adhere to the terms and conditions found below and in the GrabOne webpage.
- The promotion is run by Vector Wero Whitewater Park 770 Great South Road, Auckland, New Zealand via GrabOne.
- Purchasers of the GrabOne coupon must submit their details via the Booking form before booking. Bookings must be confirmed by Vector Wero staff and is subject to availability.
- The discount is only valid for the specific option stipulated on the coupon.
- The coupon is valid for use from Dec 28, 2023 to Apr 28, 2024. NOT valid for 1.00pm trips on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Vector Wero Whitewater Park is closed on New Year’s Day and Day After (Jan 1, 2), 29 January, 6th February, 29th March, 1st April 2024 .
- Recreational rafting is on Grade 1-2 river. Flatwater kayaking or stand up paddleboarding is on the lake.
- Age requirements - all participants must be at least 5 years old. Anyone aged 5, 6 or 7 must be accompanied by an adult (the ratio is 2:1). 8 years + can go by themselves
- The vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash or other activities at Vector Wero.
- Wetsuits are $12 per session. Lockers are $2.00 per two hours. Payment via debit/credit card and coins only.
- All decisions of Vector Wero Whitewater Park are final.
